Training your crews to work racing events safely is paramount.
RESCUE CREWS – When you have a rescue team, they need to have procedures for various types of crashes. Not all crashes are alike, but certain procedures MUST be followed to make a safe environment for Driver Protection and Driver removal (if needed).
We have been teaching Technicians since 2000 and have been providing service to many tracks. Some tracks will have their crews ride or work with us before they start their own Safety team. The crew we provide have worked on several types of racing sanctions, so they have the experience to handle about every type of crash.
NON-RESCUE CREWS – Most of your track personnel will grab an extinguisher to help out during a fire. We train non-rescue personnel on what type of extinguisher to use and why. Knowing what type of extinguisher to use and the distance of it’s reach makes a big difference. The CO2 Extinguishers are good for about 4-6 feet. So you must get close. Using them for small fires will work, as long as you are able to get close. But on the big fires you need an extinguisher that will reach 30-45 feet. Safety for your crew and the driver
MSR Certifications – For the Rescue crews, upon successful completion of the course, you will also get a Motorsports Rescue Certificate good for 3 years. We suggest you take a refresher course every 3 years.

This is how the Training goes:
We have one day of lecture that takes about 8 hours to complete
OR you can do the online portion before the class.
The second day is all practical’s, you will be fighting fire, cutting cars and removing a driver from the car. At the end there will be a final Practical where we put it all together.
IT IS ALL ABOUT TEAM WORK!!!!
You can send your crews to our class, or we can bring a class to you. If you choose to bring a class to your facility. Contact the tracks around you to offset the cost of the class.
